- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- To request a refund, contact us at support@vizioapp.org within 7 days of your purchase or subscription renewal.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Service Failure: The Service is unavailable or significantly defective for an extended period due to issues on our end, and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time.
- Accidental Purchase: You unintentionally subscribed (e.g., duplicate charges), provided you notify us promptly.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after using the Service.
- Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the billing date.
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing or misuse).
- Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party factors beyond our control.
4. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request with your order details and reason to support@vizioapp.org.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription are at our discretion.
